JOB SUMMARY
InspereX is seeking a highly motivated External Wholesaler to join our growing RIA Solutions team covering Florida. This individual will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding existing relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Family Offices, and wealth management firms throughout the state.
The ideal candidate is a proven relationship builder with deep experience covering RIAs, a consultative sales approach, and a strong understanding of sophisticated investment solutions including structured notes, hedging and monetization strategies for concentrated stock, alternatives, and various other solutions.
This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing channels within InspereX and help advisors implement differentiated solutions that solve real client challenges. RIAs are a key growth area for InspereX.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and grow relationships with RIAs, Family Offices, and independent wealth management firms throughout Florida.
Identify new opportunities for structured notes, risk-managed solutions, concentrated stock monetization strategies, and alternative investments.
Partner with advisors to deliver customized portfolio solutions for income generation, downside protection, tax efficiency, and concentrated stock diversification.
Conduct in-person meetings, educational events, webinars, and portfolio reviews.
Work closely with internal wholesalers, product specialists, and capital markets professionals to deliver exceptional advisor support.
Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline while maintaining consistent CRM activity.
Collaborate with product teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and deepen client relationships.
Act as a trusted resource on market trends, portfolio construction, structured investment implementation, and advisor practice growth.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Series 7 and Series 63/65
- 7+ years of successful external wholesaling or institutional sales experience.
- Extensive experience covering RIAs in Florida.
- Existing relationships with Florida-based RIAs, Family Offices, and key decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Structured Notes
- Buffer and Defined Outcome Strategies
- Concentrated Stock Solutions
- Hedging and Monetization Strategies
- Alternative Investments
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong presentation, business development, and consultative selling skills.
