At InspereX, we’re looking for an FP&A Analyst who enjoys working in Excel, building models, and translating data into meaningful business insights.
This role is designed for an analyst looking to step into a FP&A position with strong exposure to senior leadership and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision making
- Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecasts processes
- Analyze revenue, expense, and margin trends and present findings to CFO
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support executive decisions
- Partner with Department Heads to track performance against budget and identify risks and opportunities
- Help maintain and improve reporting tools and dashboards
- Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
- Assist in preparation of board and management presentations, including PowerPoint Decks
- Support ad hoc financial analysis as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting ore a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Familiary with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the highest attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and effectively to all stakeholders
- Self-driven, results oriented and highly motivated
Nice to Have
- Experience with NetSuite, Concur, DataRails and/or Power BI
- Background in financial services or capital markets
