At InspereX, we’re building a high-performing, people-first culture where strong execution and great employee experience go hand in hand. We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who takes pride in getting the details right and being the person others rely on to keep things moving.
This is a hands-on role at the center of our HR function, supporting onboarding, employee experience, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. You’ll also provide tactical support to managers during the hiring process (posting roles, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidates), but this is not a full-cycle recruiting role.
What You’ll Do
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth, high-quality new hire experience
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions
- Help manage HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain recruiting workflows
- Partner closely with HR leadership to keep priorities organized and moving
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
- Financial Services industry experience is a plus
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/ATS platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through; you don’t let things drop
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You’re highly dependable, responsive, and take ownership without needing constant direction
- Comfortable working on-site in Delray Beach, FL
