InspereX is seeking a detail-oriented, high-urgency Operations Specialist to support our Sales & Trading team. This role sits at the center of trade execution support—ensuring transactions are processed accurately, discrepancies are resolved quickly, and the desk operates without friction.
This is a hands-on, real-time role where responsiveness, accuracy, and ownership matter.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor regulatory trade reporting and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks/fails in partnership with traders and sales
- Enter and validate transactions with a high degree of accuracy
- Perform daily position balancing and reconciliations
- Support new account setup and maintenance
- Act as a key operational partner to the trading desk
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services (broker-dealer experience preferred)
- SIE required; Series 7 strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear communicator with a strong sense of accountability
This role requires practical, day-to-day Excel usage (sorting/filtering large datasets, basic formulas, data cleanup, and reconciliation support). Candidates should be comfortable discussing their hands-on experience with Excel and trade support workflows during the interview process.
You should be someone who:
- Is comfortable navigating spreadsheets independently
- Picks up new processes quickly without repeated instruction
- Takes ownership of issues through resolution—not just escalation
Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site in our Delray Beach, FL office
- Schedule is aligned with market hours and requires consistent, reliable on-site presence during the trading day
