Deryk Rhodes leads InspereX’s development and distribution of market-linked products through its expanding presence in the financial advisor, banking, and broker-dealer communities. Prior to joining InspereX in 2010, he was with Newbridge Securities as Head of Structured Products Trading. His experience also includes serving as a Director at Citigroup, focusing on market-linked product sales to third-party dealers and institutional accounts, and as a Vice President within the market-linked products structuring and trading group at Nomura Securities. Deryk has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is regularly quoted in investment journals.
Chris Mee
Managing Director, Head of WMS Wholesaled Distribution
A 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, Chris Mee is responsible for InspereX’s market-linked products wholesale distribution force. Before joining the firm in 2015, Chris led RCS Capital Corporation’s liquid alternative distribution as Executive Vice President and National Sales Director. Previously, he was with John Hancock/Wood Logan, leading multiple distribution teams across a variety of product lines, including mutual funds, retirement plan services, and variable annuities. Chris holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
Bob Mcdermott
Managing Director, Head of WMS Product and Partnerships
Bob McDermott leads the Product Management, Product Development, and Relationship Management efforts for Wealth Management Solutions. His focus is on driving innovation and expanding partnerships with broker-dealers and wealth management firms. Previously, as National Sales Manager at InspereX, he led the firm’s wholesaling team in the distribution of structured products. Bob has more than 30 years of experience in the strategic distribution of investment solutions at the retail and institutional levels. Previously, he was Head of Relationship Management at a $30B ETF Strategist, leading teams responsible for national key account management, platform sales, and global client service. Bob also enjoyed a 16-year tenure at Putnam Investments as Senior Vice President in the retail management division. He earned a BA in political science from Providence College. Bob holds Series 7, 24, 63, & life insurance licenses.
Holly Manning
Managing Director, WMS Internal Sales
Holly Manning manages InspereX’s Internal Sales and Business Development Team for market-linked products. She has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining InspereX, Holly held positions in external sales and account management for annuities, 401(k) and 529 plans at John Hancock/Wood Logan. She earned a BS in psychology from Guilford College. Her licenses include Series 7, 24, and 63, as well as life insurance.
Rob Nixon
Senior Vice President, WMS Sales Enablement and Talent Development
Rob Nixon manages InspereX’s team of Internal Business Consultants. Rob began his career in financial services over 15 years ago, working as a financial advisor with a concentration on wealth management for professional athletes. He earned a BA in communication studies with a focus on interpersonal communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Rob is a Certified Financial Planner and holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
