YOUR ROLE:
As an Internal Business Consultant (“IBC”), you will be responsible for building relationships with Financial Advisors and sharing proactive sales ideas that promote Wholesaled Market-Linked Products. This will ideally result in the alignment of Advisor and Investor needs with our innovative investment strategies and technology. The IBC is an entry level role with a strong path for growth into Internal Wholesaling. Series 7 and 63 licensing will be required within 60 days of hire, and the firm will provide all required study materials and sponsorship for both exams.

YOUR TEAM:
Based in our Delray Beach, Florida office, you will be part of our extensive Market Linked Products team, specifically within the Wholesaled MLP division. Working with an External and Internal Wholesaler, you will be accountable for new relationships and sales growth within a defined region.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
• Bachelor’s degree required, prior sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of market-linked products and an understanding of global markets is ideal
• FINRA SIE certified (Formal offers of employment will depend upon completion of SIE prior to hire date)
• Strong active listening skills which can be used to persuade and negotiate
• Ability to effectively engage and present to different audiences
• Excellent time management skills, with a particular focus on prioritizing and scheduling daily activities
• Ability to execute repeatable and measurable sales processes effectively
• Demonstrate an aptitude for incorporating technological advancements to improve efficiency
