We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven Internal Sales Data Administrative Assistant to support our Wealth Management Solutions team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who excels in behind-the-scenes support and enjoys being the go-to resource for keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily administrative tasks including lunch orders, team catering, mailings, and general office support
- Coordinate calendars for multiple managers with accuracy and discretion
- Prepare and manage expense reports across the WMS management team, ensuring timely reconciliation
- Maintain and clean up data in Salesforce; support CRM upkeep and internal reporting
- Support meeting logistics, internal communication, and follow-up
- Assist with special projects and help keep the team organized and on track
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of administrative or team support experience in a corporate or financial environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experienced with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, especially data maintenance, strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Skilled at managing multiple calendars and tasks for busy managers
- Reliable, proactive, and known for supporting teams with a can-do attitude
- Enjoys working in a collaborative support capacity and contributing to team success behind the scenes
